Skilmálar tölvupósta frá starfsfólki OneSystems

Tölvupóstur þessi og viðhengi hans kunna að innihalda trúnaðarupplýsingar og/eða persónuupplýsingar og eru eingöngu ætluð skráðum viðtakanda.

Hafi tölvupósturinn borist þér fyrir mistök eða án heimildar, vinsamlegast tilkynntu sendanda um það, gættu trúnaðar um efni hans og eyddu tölvupóstinum og viðhengjum hans. Óheimil notkun, miðlun eða afritun upplýsinga sem berast fyrir mistök kann að brjóta gegn lögum eða réttindum annarra.

Efni tölvupósts og viðhengja er á ábyrgð sendanda ef það tengist ekki starfsemi One Systems Ísland ehf.

Ekki skal senda viðkvæmar persónuupplýsingar eða aðrar sérstaklega trúnaðarverðugar upplýsingar með almennum tölvupósti nema viðeigandi öryggisráðstafanir séu fyrir hendi. Berist slíkar upplýsingar fyrir mistök verða þær meðhöndlaðar í samræmi við viðeigandi verklag One Systems Ísland ehf. og gildandi lög um persónuvernd og upplýsingaöryggi.
